HEINEKEN joined Formula 1 in 2016, and over the following three years has shown fans around the world that Formula 1 is more than a race. Adding to the action on the track, DJs Armin van Buuren and Hardwell have both played on the podium at the Formula 1 Gran Premio De Mexico, while Angela Chang and Jay Chou also entertained fans away from the circuit with headline gigs at the China Fan Festivals in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
HEINEKEN’s partnership has led to more entertainment for more fans across the Formula 1 world – from the ticket holders in fan zones, to pit crews and broadcasters in the Paddock, as well as hospitality guests in the Paddock Club. HEINEKEN has also used its Formula 1 partnership to launch and deliver its “When You Drive Never Drink” campaign; with responsible drinking a core driver of the company’s Formula 1 partnership.
