Stefano Domenicali – President & CEO, Formula 1®

Stefano Domenicali began his role as President & Chief Executive Officer at Formula 1 in January 2021, following his departure as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Automobili Lamborghini. Mr. Domenicali joins Formula 1 on the back of an illustrious career within the motoring industry, where he has had success within both motorsport and commercial roles.

After studying business administration at the University of Bologna he began his professional career in 1991 with Ferrari. At Ferrari he held various positions, including heading up the Direzione Sportiva F1 from 2004, before becoming Team Principal for the Formula 1 team in 2008, where he won a total of 14 titles in the F1 Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championships.

From 2009 to 2014, Domenicali represented Ferrari in the FIA World Motor Sport Council and recently stepped down as the president of the FIA. Single Seater Commission, before joining Formula 1. He was Vice President of New Business Initiatives at AUDI AG from November 2014 before taking over his most recent role as Chief Executive Officer in March 2016 at Lamborghini in Sant’Agata Bolognese.

Duncan Llowarch – Chief Financial Officer

Duncan Llowarch was named Chief Financial Officer at Formula 1 in 2002, and has continued to serve in this role following Liberty Media Corporation’s acquisition of the business in 2017, having previously worked as CFO under various owners, including CVC Capital Partners.

Mr. Llowarch is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Prior to working at Formula 1, Mr. Llowarch worked in the audit practice at Ernst & Young.

Sacha Woodward Hill – General Counsel

Sacha is the General Counsel and a member of the board of directors at Formula 1. Her responsibilities include the oversight of Formula 1’s legal, compliance, brand protection, human resources and administration functions.  She was recruited to join Formula 1 as a lawyer in 1996 by its founder Bernie Ecclestone and she has been its chief legal officer since 2000. Under her leadership, F1’s legal team has adapted and grown into a broad-based team of highly-skilled lawyers who support F1’s activities worldwide with legal advice, deal negotiation and risk management.

Sacha is a practising solicitor admitted in England and Wales. Before joining Formula 1 in 1996, she worked in several well-known London law firms. She is a graduate of University of Cambridge where she read Natural Sciences and Law at Corpus Christi College.
