Emily Prazer is the Chief Commercial Officer at Formula 1, overseeing all commercial, licensing and gaming activities. She has over 10 years of experience in global strategic commercial development, stakeholder management and event execution for major sports properties. She started her career at IMG and worked at various companies, hosting and working with a variety of events, rights holders and international federations.
Emily joined Formula 1 in 2017 and became the Head of Commercial Development for Race Promotion. In 2021, she led the Las Vegas Grand Prix as Chief Commercial Officer as the CCO and built a team from scratch to launch the inaugural FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX in 2023. After the success of the race, she was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1, running all global and regional commercial partnerships, licensing, marketing and hospitality for the series.
